These have been cleared from the courts for disposition. See attached list and photos for more information.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
There might be tape or other residue on guns. Also, there could be rust, scrapes, or scratches. Pictures are
provided of actual guns being auctioned. These guns are seized and sold as is where is. Guns have not been fired nor do we know if the guns are operational. No guarantees are implied or given. These are NOT law enforcement duty weapons. Operational, mechanical and cosmetic conditions may exist and are unknown. May have visible wear and tear on all items. Parts may be missing and or inoperable. They are all used. AS IS, No Warranty given. Once items are removed, no refunds will be issued.

Payment

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
LOADING AND REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. THE SELLER IS UNABLE TO LOAD, MOVE, PROVIDE TOOLS, EQUIPMENT OR MANPOWER TO AID IN REMOVAL, OR OTHERWISE ASSIST IN THE PICKUP AND REMOVAL OF ANY ITEM. BUYER MUST MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS FOR LOADING, MOVING AND REMOVING. ITEMS ARE PURCHASED AS IS, WHERE IS. REMOVAL SHALL BE THE SOLE EXPENSE, LIABILITY AND RISK OF THE BUYER.
Seller reserves the right to charge a daily storage fee of $100.00 for any item not removed by the end of the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
