If successful bidder requires a third party to pick up the item won authorization is required for removal of item and release of title. Property may be removed by appointment only. A daily storage fee of $20.00 a calendar day will be charged for any item not removed within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Titles will only be issued and assigned in the successful bidders name and/or company as listed on the Buyer's Certificate, per Virginia Code 46.2-628.
