Used 2012 Freightliner Sprinter tall body handicap van, 3.0L V6 DOHC 24V turbo diesel engine, automatic transmission, front and rear A/C, rear mounted functional Braun Century electric wheelchair lift, does not include any wheelchair tie-down hardware. Starts, runs and drives, however, check engine light is on and transmission is not shifting properly, causes unknown. Smoke from tailpipe until the engine warmed up, then clear. Exhaust tailpipe is rusted out, radio doesn't work, drive belt squeaks. Jump seat capacity for six passengers or one large wheelchair or two small wheelchairs. Full size under-mounted spare tire, tires are like new. Brakes may be rusty from sitting. Rain leaks in around roof top A/C unit. Wheelbase is 144", overall length is approximately 19 ft., vertical clearance with rooftop A/C unit is 10 ft. Seller makes good faith effort to disclose known issues; however, the vehicle is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and WITHOUT WARRANTY, expressed or implied.

Removal
PICK-UP/REMOVAL OF ASSET(S): All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Franklin County Board of DD assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. If the stated buyer is not the person picking up the item, an authorization of release form must be filled out, signed and submitted to the seller.
