2021 John Deere Z950M. 27-hp Kawasaki engine. 1,185.6 hrs. on unit. The Town is selling this mower due to damage on the mowing deck that is beyond safe repair. Because of the age of the mower the Town is replacing with a new unit. Fleet did price a new deck for this mower at $2,500.00 and that was for the 60" deck shell without any components. The mower still starts and operates well. It also has a bagging unit with all accessories included.

Removal

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Cashiers Check, or Money Order. Buyer must schedule a pick up time. Pick up hours are 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Town holidays. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
