Up for sale is an XLT-CAT 23 Personnel Lift. This is a compact, towable lift designed for safe, elevated work access. It's easy to maneuver into tight spaces and has been reliable for us in the past, but it has been out of service for about 6 months.
-Specs (general for this model):
Platform height - Max Plat. HT 23 feet 7 inches
Work Height - approx. 29 ft.
Platform Capacity - around 500 lbs.
Outriggers with auto-leveling system.
-Known Issues:
Lift is not currently operational (stopped lifting 6 months ago).
The lift does have wheels, and can be rolled to a ramp for loading.
Faulty leveling sensor on one of the legs - struggles to turn green when fully level and on a hard surface.
Will need inspection and repair to restore full function.
-Condition:
Being sold AS-IS, no guarantees.
Could be a good project for a mechanic/technician familiar with lifts.
May also be used for parts if not repaired.
The lift has wheels, and can be rolled to a ramp for loading.

This is third or fourth time I've noted this item going up for auction and the reserve not being met, whereby the seller pulls the item and puts it back up again. At what point does this end and the seller realizes it's not worth what they think it's worth? 01/22/2026 16:11:38 PM

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
