The utility vehicle is located in a grass lot between a narrow roadway and parking lot (see aerial photo in listing). It may be necessary to approach the item on a slope that is made of grass and may potentially be muddy or icy. An appropriate vehicle to haul away the item will be necessary.

BIDDER PLEASE NOTE: Prior to removal of items, Proof of Insurance will be required by the winning bidder BEFORE arrangement may be made for pickup.

This cannot be answered as dimensions of said corn dogs is not provided, also please note that the asset is sold as is, and there is no cargo tray to hold said corn dogs. Ok. I was able to find a load quantity amount by your dimensions, Roughly 300 to 800 corn dogs, depending on the size of the utility body and whether you stack them loose or neatly. A decent ballpark: • Small utility box: about 15–20 cubic feet • One frozen/store corn dog takes up roughly 0.02–0.04 cubic feet once you allow for its awkward shape and wasted space That gives you about: • 15 cu ft → around 375 to 750 • 20 cu ft → around 500 to 1,000 Leads me to my next question, how are the leaf springs on this , any rot? Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
