2008 Sterling L9500 DumpTruck, 11.1L L6 Diesel, Auto, AC, 68k miles, Engine brake, rearview camera. It starts, runs forward, and runs in reverse. Clean title. This unit came out of a local government fleet and was replaced with a new truck. It was driven over 100 miles to its current location, where it is parked now.
The truck sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. The seller is not responsible for flat tires, dead batteries, or similar minor issues. Inspection is the buyer’s responsibility. Please ask all questions and complete any inspection prior to the auction closing. All sales are final. Descriptions are for informational purposes only and are made without warranty. Seller assumes no liability for errors or omissions. Buyer bears full responsibility for inspection and due diligence. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction, there will be storage charges of $40 per day if it is not picked up within that time.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
