The property being sold in this auction are the contents of safe deposit boxes reported to the District of
Columbia, Unclaimed Property Unit by various safekeeping repositories. The boxes have been unclaimed by
the owner for more than 3 years from the date on which the lease or rental period expired.
All items have been appraised by a certified appraiser.
Item Description:
A/ Sterling silver lead pencil, small coin purse (damaged) and 52-inch fox tail chain. Total weight is 38 grams.
B/ Gold over sterling silver ring with enameled floral design. Weight is 8.5 grams and ring size is a 9.
C/ Sterling silver enameled flag pin, "Columbia" Weight is 1.7 grams, approx. one inch.
D/ 18kt white gold diamond filigree ring. Approx .05 carat. Weight is 2.2 grams and ring size is 4 3/4.
E/ 10kt yellow ring with old rose cut diamonds, two blue stones, missing one stone and shank is broken. Weight is 2.6 grams.
F/ 14kt gold lavalier pendant-broken. Stretch link watch band pieces-total weight is 5.9 grams.
G/ Costume- silver tone screw back dangle earrings and matching pin- stone missing from pin.
H/ Costume-Five silver tone rings- assorted sizes and stones and conditions.

Removal
Removal: Items must be picked up in person. Buyers must pick up within six (6) calendar days of auction close. After 6 days, auctions will be canceled. If auction canceled, buyer's account will be locked. Removal is by appointment only. Appointments for removing the property will be available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Once item is paid, please email dcauction@dc.gov to schedule appointment.
*Appointments must be scheduled by 4:00pm EST on the Monday prior to the desired appointment time.* No packing or shipping available. If you need packing/shipping, please contact a third party shipping company. We cannot recommend any specific companies. 2: signed note (or emailed note) from buyer giving permission to pick up
