Powermatic Iron Disc Sander is not functioning. The condition is old, worn, and the equipment is heavy. Please look at the instructions below.
Property is sold As Is, Where Is, and With All Faults.
The buyer is responsible for making all arrangements and performing ALL WORK, including packing, loading, and transporting the property.
NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. Please bring everything that you will need to remove your property, which includes Dollies, Manpower to Move Heavy Equipment, and all Tools for dismantling.
Pickup is by Appointment ONLY with a 24-hour advance notice. Please provide your desired pickup date and time. Pickup may be scheduled Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. NO FRIDAY pickups.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
