Indoor Observational Beehive
Is meant to be connected to an access point on the exterior of the building, allowing bees to enter and build a beehive within this structure. Structure has a large tinted glass panel in the front to allow for observation of the beehive. Is a one-of-a-kind unit.
Received as a donation from Purdue University in the mid-2010s. Was installed in the Cool Creek Nature Center for several years. Was removed in 2021 due to issues in keeping beehive entirely sealed.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Property must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Transporters that arrive without a scheduled time will be turned away. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
Please bring your own equipment, including ramps, to trailer this. We do not have a loading dock. Park staff **will not** guarantee availability to assist in the removal of the asset. If you are the winning bidder, you must make an
appointment for pick up. Transporters that arrive without a scheduled time will be turned away and their bid will be refused.
