Used 2012 Freightliner Sprinter tall body handicap van, 3.0L V6 DOHC 24V turbo diesel engine, automatic transmission, front and rear A/C, rear mounted Braun Century electric wheelchair lift that DOES NOT WORK- problem believed to be with the interlock system, not the lift itself. Starts, runs and drives, however check engine light and coolant light are on, specific causes unknown. Brakes are rusty from sitting, tail pipe is rusted out, parking brake lever cover missing. Jump seat capacity for six passengers or one large wheelchair or two small wheelchairs, one set of wheelchair tie down hardware included. Full size spare tire. Brakes are rusty from sitting. Rain likely leaks in around roof top A/C unit. Wheelbase is 144", overall length is approximately 19 ft., vertical clearance with rooftop A/C unit is 10 ft.

    We had about 15 of these vehicles and this issue is so common that I noted it as likely. No odor noticed, but there are faint stains on the headliner per the two pictures added to the gallery. Rain tends to accumulate in the housing and can run out onto the seat and floor when the vehicle is braking. 06/16/2026 07:33:27 AM

Removal

PICK-UP/REMOVAL OF ASSET(S): All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Franklin County Board of DD assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. If the stated buyer is not the person picking up the item, an authorization of release form must be filled out, signed and submitted to the seller.
