Th is 2023 Dodge Durango SPORT UTILITY 4-DR, 3.6L V6 DOHC 24V. This vehicle was bought brand new by the Town of Swansea. Their department has since closed. This vehicle comes with a Python III Radar, Sound off Signal Lightbar and Sirens, Motorola in car radio, Gamber Johnson Laptop Deck and a Pro guard push bumper. This vehicle is in great condition and will only be sold to law enforcement.
Payment Instructions:
There will be a sales tax of 7.000% unless you are sales tax exempt with a S.C. tax I.D.#, Federal I.D. #, or a tax I.D. # from the state in which you reside. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) Checks shall be made payable to: County of Lexington.
Removal Instructions:
Waiver of all liability from the County of Lexington for loading and property removal. The winning bidder will be liable for any damage or harm that may take place during the loading and removal of property awarded to that bidder. In addition, the winning bidder shall indemnify, defend and save harmless the County of Lexington. Central Stores the Owning Agency and their representatives from any liability arising out of the winning bidder's acts or omissions including the failure to secure adequate insurance coverage. Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 7:00a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Removal
All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
