Pallet sizes may vary in size; 5'L x 3.5'W standard size pallet base or over-sized pallet base 5'x5'x 54" high, pallet is shrink wrapped.
This lot Standard & Oversized pallets.
Seats on pallets are brand new never been used, 2025 Ford Explorer second row & some 3rd row seats; varied number of left,
center, and right side back row seats, some lots may have third row seats. Please be advised varied seat and counts per pallet.
Approx. 8-14 seats on pallets.
Please note buyer responsible to load pallet from loading dock height. After purchase buyer MUST schedule pick up day and time.

Items offered for sale are New, removed from brand new 2025 Ford Explorer vehicles. Seats may contain defects not immediately detectable, sold as is. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection. All Items removed from vehicles have never been used, have been neatly placed and stored onto pallets and shrink wrapped. May have some scratches or dents from stacking and packaging. (See photo's). Pallets vary may contain, a mixture of second row seats.
Payment
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above.
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will need to bring a functioning Pallet jack to load pallets onto their truck from the drive up loading dock. Shrink wrap film is suggested in case the buyer decides to break down any pallets when loading to truck.

Baltimore County, MD makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
