PICK-UP DEADLINE: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, all awarded items must be picked up and completely removed from the premises within 10 (ten) business days of the auction closing date. NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED unless expressly authorized in writing by Round Rock ISD. Failure to remove the awarded item within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale, forfeiture of the item and/or payment, and/or other action as permitted under the applicable auction terms and conditions.


PHOTOGRAPHS / ITEM CONDITION: Photographs included in the auction listing are provided solely as a reasonable representation of the item(s) offered for sale and DO NOT CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE regarding the item's condition, quality, completeness, functionality, or fitness for any particular purpose. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Physical inspection of the item is strongly encouraged and highly recommended before placing a bid. By submitting a bid, the buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the item and accept responsibility for determining its condition and suitability.


BACKGROUND ITEMS: Any items, equipment, materials, tools, parts, vehicles, or other property appearing in the background of photographs are NOT INCLUDED in the auction unless they are specifically identified and listed as part of the item being sold.


BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: The buyer is solely responsible for inspecting the item prior to bidding and determining whether the buyer has the necessary equipment, personnel, transportation, tools, resources, and ability to safely load, secure, transport, and remove the awarded item. ROUND ROCK ISD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, TRANSPORTATION, OR MANPOWER FOR REMOVAL.


BY PLACING A BID, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ITEM UPON AWARD.
