This lot includes approximately 95 flashlights. These are used items, so the functionality of every light cannot be guaranteed. Items are sold as/is where is and the City makes no warranty or guarantee as to the functionality of any item associated with this auction. The City WILL NOT ship any items associated with this auction. All items must be picked up by the auction winner or a designated person.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please see the contact below
Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. No Shipping-No Exceptions.
