This slide will be disassembled and sold as is. Includes the slide, railings, stairs, canopy, all framework, and the surrounding fence.
The slide measures roughly 45" x 45".
From the ground to the top of the railing measures 14'8".
From the top of the railing to the canopy measures 4'9".
The top of the slide under the canopy measures 5' x 5'9" (including the entrance to the slide).
The structure of the entire slide/staircase measures roughly 23'3" wide.
The surrounding fence measures 20' deep on each side and 27' wide.
All items are sold as/is where/is with no warranty or guarantee of functionality.
City Staff will not assist with the removal of any items from the property.
That is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please see the contact below
Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. No Shipping-No Exceptions.
