For items that can be shipped, seller WILL drop off purchased items at the closest UPS Store which is at 251 West Central Ave, Springboro, OH 45066, (937) 748-2700. BUYER will make all necessary arrangements with this UPS Store to package and ship purchased items and will pay the store all necessary fees and charges for these services. Items will be dropped off once payment for the items has been received by Clearcreek Township. If you cannot pick up your item(s) and you don't want to pay the UPS Store to package and ship, please DO NOT bid. Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
