2008 Dodge Avenger SEDAN 4-DR, 2.7L V6 DOHC 24V FFV. Does not run. Gas. Engine condition is unknown. Not running and removed from service on 11-5-25: Maintenance records are not available. The digital odometer display is unknown (battery is dead). The transmission needs repair 2-wheel drive. Exterior color is blue with paint damage on the hood. Interior color is gray with cloth seats, with some damage as well as floor damage. Radio is stocked with AM/FM, and AC is unknown, cruise control, tilt steering, remote mirrors, and power steering, windows, and door locks.
Property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS.
The Buyer is responsible for making all arrangements and performing all work necessary, including packing, loading and transporting. Pick-up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. NO Friday pickups. No Assistance will be provided. Seller WILL NOT ship.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
