NOTE: When you come to our warehouse, just ring the bell and we will then direct you to the side of the building. We will then
open up our bay door to allow you to come in and retrieve your items.

Rutgers DOES NOT pack and or ship. You must make arrangements with a third party shipper if
you cannot pick up your item in person. We will NOT put it in a box with a prepaid label. We are
available for pick up at, 76 Warehouse Rd, Piscataway NJ 08854 Mon-Fri 9:00AM- 3:30PM . We DO NOT have weekend hours. Note that our address sometimes comes up
as Edison in GPS. If you are the winning bidder, the best way to reach me is through email.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Rutgers University, NJ makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
