*****THIS BOAT DOES NOT HAVE A TITLE OR HULL ID*****
This boat was used at the Pedlar Reservoir. No leaks were noted when it was taken out of service 6 months ago.
This boat does not have a trailer. The winning bidder must bring a means to transport the boat at pick up.
The City will not assist in any way during pick up. Item is sold as is, where is.
Interested bidder can visit the location noted in the auction between 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday to view the boat. When looking at Fleet Services, the boats are in the mulched area to the right of the building.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please see the contact below
Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. No Shipping-No Exceptions.
