If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Fayetteville assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
Removal instructions: Your item(s) can be picked up Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00AM – 11:00AM and 2:00PM-4:00PM.
To pick up your item you will first need to come to the Fayetteville City Hall (address will be provided to you via email upon payment of your item) to get a copy of your bill of sale before heading to the pick-up location. Please review below, the required material you will need to bring with you. Please be sure to call or email before you come so that we can ensure someone is available upon your arrival.
You MUST provide:
- Driver’s License or Photo ID
- A paper copy of your Buyer’s Certificate
If you plan on sending someone on your behalf to pick up your purchase: You will need to email me the above-mentioned items along with a “Authorization Letter” that states the name of the person coming to pick up on your behalf. They will need to provide proof of ID upon arrival.

Fayetteville, GA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for
sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
