****Notice to All Successful Bidders****
Buyers are solely responsible for the timely loading and removal of all won assets. Please be
advised that Lee's Summit R7 School District personnel are strictly prohibited from assisting
with the loading or transport of items due to liability and safety regulations. Furthermore, the
District does not provide loading equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, or dollies) for public
use. It is the buyer's obligation to arrive with the necessary vehicle/trailer size, labor and
equipment to secure their property.

ALL WINNING ITEMS (EVEN IF YOU WIN MULTIPLE LOTS) ARE TO BE PICKED UP
IN ONE TRIP. THE DISTRICT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO LET YOU COME BACK A
SECOND TIME TO PICK UP REMAINING ITEMS.

****Conditions of all items are "As-is, where-is, without warranty, and no refund."
****All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
****Winning bidders may pick up items BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 2:00pm excluding holidays and arrangements must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
