District does not provide loading equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, or dollies) for public
use. It is the buyer's obligation to arrive with the necessary vehicle/trailer size, labor and
equipment to secure their property.
ALL WINNING ITEMS (EVEN IF YOU WIN MULTIPLE LOTS) ARE TO BE PICKED UP
IN ONE TRIP. THE DISTRICT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO LET YOU COME BACK A
SECOND TIME TO PICK UP REMAINING ITEMS.

Inspections are permitted Monday - Friday 7:30 am-2:00 pm by appointment only. Email Kelly at kelly.thurber@lsr7.net to schedule an inspection. Conditions of all items are "As-is, where-is, without warranty, and no refund." Every effort is made to provide an accurate and complete description of the items listed; however, at times some variation may occur. Only the item described herein is included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured. Under no circumstances will the Lee's Summit R-7 School District in Lee's Summit, Missouri assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping the items. All items purchased must be removed from premises.

Winning bidders may pick up items BY APPOINTMENT Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 2:00pm excluding holidays. All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Lee’s Summit R-7 School District assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 calendar days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
