3 pallets of weeded books retired from our media centers. These weeded books are all well used. Expect some blemishes. All conditions/issues are best approximations. View photos. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our part. Absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. These retired books are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranty or guaranty either expressed or implied. Due to limited staffing, do not assume forklift assistance on a truck or trailer. Bring appropriate vehicle and labor for pickup. Inspection is strongly encouraged before bidding.

Inspection

Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact Marilyn Walker at 770-443-8000, ext. 10585 for an appointment. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
Failure to remove items within ten (10) days, or in the time frame specified in sale listing, or making other approved plans for pick-up with authorized Paulding County School District staff within this time frame will result in the ownership of items to revert to PCSD for resale or disposal without refund. Buyers are not allowed use of PCSD dumpsters to dispose of items they purchase.
