Used/See Description
23 Retired projectors from our school district. Only one of these projectors is a Vivitek. They are all used. These projectors may be missing parts. There are no power cords nor remote controls. No service records are available on these projectors Operation and functionality are unknown. These projectors have not been tested. All conditions/issues are best approximations. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our part. Absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. These used projectors are offered “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranty or guaranty either expressed or implied. Due to limited staffing, do not assume forklift assistance on a truck or trailer. Bring appropriate vehicle and labor for pickup. Inspection is strongly encouraged before bidding.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact Marilyn Walker at 770-443-8000, ext. 10585 for an appointment. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
Failure to remove items within ten (10) days, or in the time frame specified in sale listing, or making other approved plans for pick-up with authorized Paulding County School District staff within this time frame will result in the ownership of items to revert to PCSD for resale or disposal without refund. Buyers are not allowed use of PCSD dumpsters to dispose of items they purchase.
