SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within 14 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Normal Business Hours Monday through Friday 9-4:30.
Special Instructions
MATERIALS AVAILABLE FOR TEMPLE EMPLOYEES ONLY
Purchasers will have a pickup window on Mondays from 1-4 PM. Purchasers should come to the department office, BioLife 255, at which point they will be let into the stockroom to pick up their purchase.
Chemicals are available only to Temple employees who's labs are located in the BioLife building. Chemicals can not be transported to a different building via foot/motor vehicle or cart. They can not be shipped.
