If you have Tax exempt documents, they must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close, and before payment is made. Only a valid Maryland Tax Exempt Certificate will be considered.
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
**WINNING BIDDER MUST CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BETWEEN 9am-3pm, MONDAY-FRIDAY. Times must be adhered to or the pick-up may need to be re-scheduled.**
