2002 New Holland tractor with loader, bucket and snowblower. Loader is a New Holland 16LA serial #YL357680 with a 72" bucket. Snowblower is a US Attachments "s" series, model 7215, serial #73-D-20 which is mounted to the rear of the tractor. Enclosed Curtis Tractor cab, 4WD, hydrostatic transmission, array of controls for PTO, Shibaura 1.995L 40HP diesel engine. Cab frame, doors and floor area are rusted. Bucket and snowblower have extensive surface rust. Overhead control box only operates the fan switch, with the remainder of the switches being inoperative indicating an undiagnosed electrical issue. No mechanical issues with the tractor, loader or snowblower. Owners manual for tractor and attachments are with the unit. Unit is in fair condition.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
