Description:
This auction includes a lot of six (6) Axon X2 Tasers and five (5) Blackhawk SERPA duty holsters, along with batteries and cartridges. All items are used and were previously issued by a law enforcement agency.
The Tasers show normal wear from duty use. No testing has been performed beyond visual inspection and arc function test. Operational condition is unknown and items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.

(5) Blackhawk SERPA holsters

Assorted cartridges
Condition:
Used – shows cosmetic wear such as scuffs and scratches consistent with law enforcement use.
Notes:
Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding purchase, possession, and use of conducted energy weapons.

Shipping / Pickup:
Items can be shipped after purchase, if the buyer provides a prepaid shipping label. Box dimensions and weight will be provided after purchase. Local pickup may also be available by appointment.

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the date and time of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated by the seller.
