2003 Ford Stripped Chassis Motorhome MOTORIZED CUTAWAY, 6.8L V10 SOHC 20V.

There is a lot of information, please read carefully before bidding. I personally drove this from St. Louis to Columbia (about 120+ miles) and had absolutely no issues, no sound issues, drove straight and easy had plenty of power. Was used as a Mobile Eye Clinic by UMSL University.

Engine – Triton V10 <36k miles
New generators 2020, both with <290hrs
Unit has been parked past two years and used very little since 2020.
New tires <100 miles 2023
New brakes and brake lines 2022
New generator and belt 2019
New roof and 2 new A/C units 2019
New jacks/springs, power steering reservoir and radiator overflow 2018

Known issues –
the engine A/C has been out for some time. The drivers always used the roof A/C even while driving to schools. The generator fuel is drawn from the main gas tank…taking away from that 5 miles a gallon it might average.

Roof leak over front dashboard source unknown. Might be seal at front A/C allowing water to enter and flow to front due to angel of parking lot. Might be where windshield meets window frame.
Generator battery disconnect latching relay (12V 100A $40 Amazon) (right relay behind breaker panel under steps) and/or auxiliary battery on/off stairwell switch needs replacing. If battery disconnect is latched open, auxiliary switch will not close the relay to allow house battery to start either generator and there will be no 12V power to RV. Bypassing auxiliary switch and jumping battery disconnect directly from engine battery and reversing polarity to close/open latching relay is work around. Assure house batteries are fully charged when performing work around. Both generators work great and are still new condition.
Also related to the auxiliary battery switch, the front steps do not extend or retrack on command from the auxiliary step switch. Bypassing the auxiliary switch and jump starting the step motor with engine battery will retrack and extend the steps, proving the step motor is functioning and switch is not making the connection.
Shore power works normal. This too can be affected by the auxiliary switch and/or latching relay. If for any reason the latching relay is open, it will affect the 12V power. Meaning, under shore power the 120V will be supplied to outlets but 12V lights will not work (until the latching relay and/or auxiliary step switch is replace or jumped manually. During this instance, jumping the latching relay to make the connection will instantly give the RV 12V power.
Caution- the battery disconnect does have two fuses that need to be checked for their status.
Rear steps frozen closed because rear door was never used.

Stabilizing jacks retracking can take a long time to completely retrack. Extend jacks as little as possible by using jack blocks. All jacks were replaced in 2018 and there are three sets of extra springs in passenger front storage compartment.
Although it was designed with sinks and running water, the running water system was never used. Therefore, conditions of water system and pumps is unknown but are in new condition.
Furnace operation is unknown. Electric heaters have been the choice of heat the past decade. LP gauge reads almost full tank.
