The property being sold in this auction are the contents of safe deposit boxes reported to the District of
Columbia, Unclaimed Property Unit by various safekeeping repositories. The boxes have been unclaimed by
the owner for more than 3 years from the date on which the lease or rental period expired.
All items have been appraised by a certified appraiser.
Item Description:
A/ Women's wristwatch- Swiss movement, runs when wound. Case tests as 14kt yellow gold and is dented, crystal is off but is included in lot. Maker is Warwick and has a worn black band. Face of watch needs to be cleaned. Weight of watch with band but without works is 7 grams.
B/ 18kt Yellow gold (tested, not marked) bar pin with a small pearl in center. Length is 1 3/4 inches and weight is 3.4 grams.
C/ 18kt Yellow gold pin (tested, not marked) with picture on mother- of- pearl. 1 1/8 inches by 1 1/2 inches and weight is 10.4 grams.
D/ 14kt Yellow gold closed face pocket watch- monogrammed. Jeweled movement, runs when wound, does not set. Missing crystal. Weight is 33 grams.
E/ 14kt Yellow gold disc charm with calendar, weight is 2.3 grams.
F/ 14kt Yellow gold, 18-inch chain (tested, not marked) with a freshwater pearl cross (also tests as 14kt.) Cross is 2 inches including the bale and weight is 3.2 grams.
G/ 8kt Yellow gold (tested, not marked) diamond bar pin. Pin holds 18 graduated sizes of old mine cut diamonds. Approx. 1/3ctw. Weight is 3.9 grams and 2 1/2 inches in length.
H/ Gold tone pencil pendant, broken.

Removal
Removal: Items must be picked up in person. Buyers must pick up within six (6) calendar days of auction close. After 6 days, auctions will be canceled. If auction canceled, buyer's account will be locked. Removal is by appointment only. Appointments for removing the property will be available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Once item is paid, please email dcauction@dc.gov to schedule appointment.
