  • Can you post a video of the vehicle running with emergency lights on? Also, any rust on body or frame? Any major maintenance done to the vehicle? 04/06/2026 14:33:26 PM

    I do not have a video of the vehicle running. It does run, and one of the pictures shows the RPM gauge active, indicating the vehicle was running when the pictures were taken. We did not do a thorough inspection for rust. Rust is unusual on our vehicles, and we do not believe the vehicle has any. Major repairs for this vehicle: It has had the transmission replaced, and the motor was repaired after the lifters broke due to the cylinder cutoff system, which is a common problem for this generation of motor. 04/06/2026 14:47:07 PM

    The Transmission was rebuilt in December 2024. The previous answer on the lifters being replaced was incorrect; that repair was not performed on this vehicle. That repair was completed on a similar vehicle we still have in our fleet. 04/14/2026 15:57:27 PM

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the North Spartanburg Fire and EMS assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details.
