Long Description: 275 gallon 40”Lx48”Wx46”H steel caged plastic IBC totes. These totes were used to store
polymer for the City of Cape Coral’s dewatering process. The totes are cleaned onsite but may need additional
rinsing to rid the totes of any residual polymer. Containers weigh 135 lbs. and feature a 6 vented spin-on fill lid.
Currently, the City of Cape Coral has 4 lots of 25 totes for auction. Each lot of 25 will be sold separately.

Payment

Payment. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: • U. S. Currency • Certified Cashiers Check • Money Order • Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory) Checks shall be made payable to: City of Cape Coral.

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up.

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Under no circumstances will City of Cape Coral assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Contact the Seller prior to arrival to verify pickup times.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and all goods are offered ‘as is’. Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The contractor will be responsible for the cost of repairs if any to the surrounding building and the surrounding areas Photos of the surrounding areas will be taken before the project commences and compared to their condition after the last of the requisite items are removed.
