Description

Salt Lake City Corporation is offering a complete brewery and taproom package for sale as one lot. This auction includes brewing, fermentation, packaging, cold storage, and supporting equipment required for a mid-sized brewery operation.

This equipment has been professionally removed from its original operating location and is currently in storage. Photos reflect the condition and layout during storage following decommissioning.

The brewing system includes a 5 BBL brewhouse, multiple fermenters of varying capacities, glycol chiller system, fermenter control components, brewhouse electrical components, grain mill, keg cleaner, and approximately 60 kegs. Packaging equipment includes a Microcanner system and can seamer.

Additional supporting equipment includes walk-in cooler components, freezer, ice machine, AC units, and commercial sinks. Also included are kegerators, refrigeration units, glassware, and other brewery-related support items.

This system was previously installed and operating as a functional brewery prior to removal. Equipment may show dust or signs of storage but represents a complete brewing setup.

All items are being sold together as one lot. No items will be separated.

The current operating condition of individual components has not been fully tested. Some items may require cleaning, maintenance, or repair prior to use.

All property is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for all disassembly, rigging, loading, and transportation. Due to the size and scope of this auction, bidders should plan for a large-scale removal.

The cost to replicate a similar system new can be substantial, making this a strong opportunity to acquire a complete brewery setup at auction value.

Inspections are strongly encouraged prior to bidding.

Inspection

Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Salt Lake City Corporation, UT makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
