• Dual-Mode Operation: Some variants, like the CT122822 Janus series, include dual heating modes (Glass and Pottery), allowing versatility for both ceramic and glass projects. For TNF273, like other TNF series, it uses consistent surround heat for multi-shelf firings .
• Interior Dimensions & Capacity: 28” interior diameter × 22¼” depth, giving about 8.11 cubic feet of volume, suitable for large platters, multi-layer firings, and school or production studio workloads .

. The kiln is 12-sided for better heat distribution.
• Ease of Use: Features Paragon’s LiteLid spring-loaded lift system, reducing the weight of the lid and making it possible to lift easily with minimal effort
. Added features include large tapered peepholes for visibility, a lock-in lid support, and a dust-free coating for cleanliness.

The controller simplifies operation and allows precise temperature management .
• Electric Requirements: Standard models run on 240V, single-phase, 48–50 amps, with 11,500–12,000 watts depending on configuration, requiring a NEMA 6-50R connection
