Thanks for your interest in the Green House. II have had this question earlier and according to Maintenance they say it is secured with metal stakes much like a carport. Howerer, I went and looked myself yesterday afternoon and honestly I am not sure how it is secured to the ground. To my surprise it does have a cement floor - but the cement doesn't go all the way to the edge so the building is not sitting on cement along the outer edge there are rocks but I also didn't see any metal stakes going through the bottom beam of the building. Mid June is acceptable. The key will be to provide a completion date and as an example June 30th would be acceptable or even mid July. Remember Northampton Schools isn't responsible from the time you purchase it and get it. It is on a vacant campus with no one around. Removal

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
