Description

Amada S-2532 96" Hydraulic Metal Shear – 3 Phase – 1988

Industrial 96" hydraulic sheet metal shear manufactured in 1988. Machine was used in both industrial and educational environments and was fully operational when removed from service in 2025.

Rated for 3.0mm (0.12") mild steel capacity. Powered by 230V, 60Hz, 3-phase electrical service.
This machine includes two (2) new cutting edges and deck extension supports — adding significant value and reducing immediate tooling costs for the buyer.
Heavy-duty industrial construction. Approximate machine weight is 7,060 lbs.

Inspection

Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and we may request a 24 hour notice. Call (660)596-7200 to make arrangements. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided, except on a limited basis and only with a completed waiver. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

All items are located at the Physical Plant unless otherwise noted. Follow the West entrance road all the way to the south end of campus. Building is metal and labeled Physical Plant.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' State Fair Community College, MO makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
