The property being sold in this auction are the contents of safe deposit boxes reported to the District of
Columbia, Unclaimed Property Unit by various safekeeping repositories. The boxes have been unclaimed by
the owner for more than 3 years from the date on which the lease or rental period expired.
All items have been appraised by a certified appraiser.
Item Description:
A/ 18kt yellow gold (tested, not marked) pin with three pearls. Length is 2 inches and weight is 8.1 grams.
B/ 18kt yellow gold (tested, not marked) hoop earrings. Approx 7/8-inch diameter and total weight is 2 grams.
C/ 21kt yellow gold (tested, not marked) monogrammed cuff links, oval shaped. Total weight is 8.1 grams.
D/ 21kt (tested, not marked) earrings with clear stones and small faux pearl. Approx. one inch in length and total weight is 2.8 grams.
E/ 18kt yellow gold (tested not marked) piece of chain. Weight is 5.2 grams.
F/ Silver-tone bracelet with clear graduated sized stones. Length is 6 3/4 of an inch.
G/ Silver tone ring with round reddish stone, size is 5 3/4 and has a matching pendant.
H/ Doublet opal ring, size 6 3/4 and matching pendant in silver-tone metal.
I/ Silver-tone ring with clear stone, size 6 ½.

Removal
*Appointments must be scheduled by 4:00pm EST on the Monday prior to the desired appointment time.* No packing or shipping available. If you need packing/shipping, please contact a third party shipping company. We cannot recommend any specific companies. If sending a shipping company, family member, friend, or other representative to pick up for you, that person MUST bring the following:
1: copy of buyer's driver license
2: signed note (or emailed note) from buyer giving permission to pick up
3: buyer certificate (sent to buyer when auction closes)

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
