Payment
Payment is to be made in full and is due no later than 5 business days from time and date of notice of award of bid. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cashier’s Check, Certified Check or Money Order. We DO NOT ACCEPT Cash, Personal Checks or Credit Card as payment. Payment is to be made out to “Maury County Public Schools” and are to be made in person or by mail at MCPS, Attention: Purchasing Department/Online Auction, 501 West 8th St., Columbia, TN 38401. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment.
Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from time and date of notice of award of bid. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days. DUE TO LIABILITY ISSUES MCPS CAN NOT HELP IN ANY WAY WITH THE REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT NOR DO WE HAVE MACHINERY AVAILABLE TO AID YOU. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE FINE PRINT.
