2008 American LaFrance Eagle CAB-OVER-ENGINE, 8.9L L6 DIESEL. Front loading refuse truck with McNeilus 30YD body, McNeilus Model 4029 - 30 Cubic Yard - Serial # 43S0A402928001. Forks operate as they should, there is some sort of wiring issue with the packer circuit. Tailgate raises and lowers as it should. Starts with a boost, runs and drives. Transmission shifts smoothly. Has a flat tire on the rear that we will fill with air but will not replace or repair if it does have a leak. Truck has been sitting for two years. Decals have been removed, impressions remain. SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.**1. Contact the responsible party listed for that item and arrange for a mutually convenient pick up time. The buyer must bring the "Buyer’s Certificate" with the "Paid Receipt" and personal identification such as a valid Driver’s License or Government Issued ID to the pick up location. The person releasing the item will require the buyer to show all three documents. The buyer must bring and present these forms of ID to the scheduled pick-up or the auction item(s) will not be released.
**Third Party Pickup Procedure**
2. If you are picking up an item on behalf of someone else, you will need all of the items listed in Pick Up Procedure # 1 (photo copies are acceptable) plus a note from the designated "winning bidder" specifically naming you as their authorized representative, along with your own ID. .
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
