This is a used vehicle and will be sold **AS IS**. It runs and drives, but like any older SUV, it does show signs of wear consistent with age and mileage. The SUV failed state inspection. Last known issues were cylinder head gasket needs replaced and the exhaust manifold is leaking. New battery and wiper blades have been installed. Vehicle comes with large storage boxes in the back on the SUV.

Removal
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Only confirmed appointments are accepted for removal, and MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to give advance notice that you will not be on time when you arrive may result in you being turned away, until another appointment can be agreed upon. If you do not appear at that appointment, you will be defaulted and your account will be locked from GovDeals.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
PACKAGING AND UPS SHIPPING ARE AVAILABLE ON ITEMS MARKED "WILL SHIP". SHIPPING FEES ARE ADDED TO THE SALE PRICE AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT ALONG WITH AN ADDITIONAL $5 HANDLING FEE FOR ANY ITEM BEING SHIPPED. WE CANNOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL OR OVERSEAS AT THIS TIME.
IF ITEM IS MARKED LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY, SHIPPING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
