Abandoned/Forfeited vehicle from police impound lot. The vehicle starts, runs, and lot drives however any other defects are unknown. The odometer reading may or may not be the actual mileage. It is highly recommended that you inspect the vehicle before bidding. We make no guarantees or warranties and vehicle is sold AS IS. NO PHONE CALLS (see below to contact seller).
An Ohio salvage title and a Bill of Sale will be provided to the Buyer. Bidders will be responsible for checking with their state Department of Motor Vehicles to insure a salvage title and a bill of sale are sufficient for titling and registration purposes. The Buyer is responsible to title the vehicle in their residing county/state. Vehicle must be picked up by the buyer. No shipping. Payment must be made via the Govdeals website.
Do not bid if you are not willing to pick the item up at our lot. We do not ship. Payment is requested after the end of the auction but is mandated on the fifth day after the auction.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
