PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Vehicles with Title :
* All titles for vehicles will be handle by Lori Colon. As above statement concerning vehicle and equipment with titles, you will need to notify Lori Colon by email : colonl@newbernnc.gov or call at 252-639-2800. She will need the following information from you. Name that need to go on title and if wanted mailed, correct mailing address
Property may be removed by appointment only. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
Special Instructions
If you are awarded an vehicle or an trailer, you need to do the following; Contact Lori Colon at 252-639-2800 or email her (colonl@newbernnc.gov) 60 hours prior to pick up of vehicle. This will give the City time to prepare and have title available for pick up once you come. If you will have anyone else to pick up vehicle you will need to provide an License ID photo of yourself sent to Lori Colon at colonl@newbernnc.gov and stithd@newbernnc.gov . Also, provide in the email stating the name of the transport company or person that you are releasing for pick up. f you are not releasing the title to to the transport company , you will need to provide an pre-paid FEDEX envelope with the address the title will be mail out to.
