Cleveland SteamCraft Ultra 10 two-compartment, floor-model convection steamer previously used at the Van Gogh 360 museum in Salt Lake City, Utah.
This high-capacity commercial steamer features:
- Two stacked cooking compartments
- Independent controls for each compartment
- Mechanical cooking timers
- Manual continuous-steaming settings
- Individual power controls
- Heavy-duty manual door latches
- Stainless-steel exterior and cooking compartments
- Integrated condensation collection trough
- Ground-level drainage connection
- Adjustable stainless-steel legs
- Operating instruction placards
The steamer is reported to work. Both compartments and the door-latching mechanisms were operational during the unit’s previous use. It has not been tested under an extended cooking load for this auction, and the seller does not guarantee specific temperature, pressure or steam-production performance.
Utility disconnection provided:
The City will disconnect the steamer from the building’s gas, electrical, water and drain connections. The buyer will not be responsible for disconnecting the utility services.
Unless otherwise confirmed by the seller, the winning bidder remains responsible for physically removing the disconnected steamer from its current location. Buyer must provide all required labor, dollies, pallet jack, lifting equipment, freight equipment and transportation.
The identification plate should be reviewed to verify the exact model, gas type, voltage, amperage and BTU requirements before bidding or installation. Installation at a new location must be performed by qualified commercial kitchen contractors and comply with all applicable codes.
The unit shows normal commercial kitchen wear, including scratches, scuffs, grease residue, mineral deposits, discoloration and possible surface corrosion. Cleaning, sanitizing and descaling will be required.

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
