The locker features the manufacturer's signature diamond-shaped perforations across the doors and sides for full ventilation and easy visual inspection of contents. Construction is all-steel, 14-gauge doors with a 16-gauge body and shelves and an 18-gauge back. Each of the four compartments has a full-height door fitted with a Classic III stainless steel recessed pocket handle and multi-point latching, an integrated upper hat shelf, and interior hooks. The recessed handle accepts a standard padlock (locks not included). The original numbered identification plates (312 to 315) remain affixed.
Please note: one of the four compartments (No. 313) is damaged, the recessed lift handle is broken, and that door will not be able to be secured with a lock as intended. The other three compartments are fully functional, and the unit is structurally sound throughout.
The manufacturer's plate identifies Penco Products Inc. (a subsidiary of Vesper Corporation, Oaks, Pennsylvania), indicating a likely manufacture date sometime between 1979 and 2001; the exact manufacture date is unknown. Finish is a neutral tan/putty.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. For items that require ground/express shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS), PCC will determine the shipping cost, package the item, generate the shipment, and arrange a pickup with the chosen carrier once payment is received. For all other items, the buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided unless absolutely necessary. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
