This auction is for 1 industrial diesel generator that is no longer operational and being sold AS IS WHERE IS. No repairs have been performed, and the unit has not been tested. Its internal components may be incomplete, damaged, or in unknown condition. Items sold are “as is, where is”. -Bidder/Buyer bears responsibility for knowing & adhering to any/all federal, state, local laws, rules and regulations regarding the pick-up, removal, towing and/or transportation of the item(s). Bidder/Buyer bears responsibility for all legalities on the removal/transportation of item(s). Bidder/Buyer bears responsibility for any required licenses, permits and insurance(s) required. The item(s) have NOT been inspected by a certified mechanic so no representations or warranties regarding the overall running condition are made. It is suggested that the winning bidder/buyer have the item(s) thoroughly inspected prior to attempting to drive and/or operate it. No Port Authority property, regardless of value, may be sold or otherwise conveyed to any Port Authority Employee or Relative (as defined in Port Authority Administrative Instruction AI 20-1.13 "Employment of Relatives"), and no Port Authority employee shall knowingly buy any property that at one time belonged to the Port Authority. Due to the overall item size, it is recommended that appropriate towing/hauling equipment be used when removing the item. Flatbed/Crane, Light Towers may be necessary. Removal of the item(s) is the sole responsibility of the Bidder/Buyer. The required insurance must be reviewed/approved by the Port Authority prior to item pick-up.
