Auction winner will need to complete all paperwork in person in the Purchasing Department located at 155 School Ave, Ste 308, Blountville, TN 37617 prior to picking up item. Buyer must contact the Purchasing Department at 423-323-6408 to schedule day/time for pickup in order for school maintenance to have staff available at the school for pick-up. Pick-up hours will be from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
