Used/See Description
Retired from service and have been sitting in storage for a while.
Lot consists of 14 stacking student chairs, as pictured.
Some chairs may need repairs before being placed back in use.
Local pickup only. Unfortunately due to the size of the lot, we will not ship these.
Third party pickups (family members, uship, etc) are fine as long as we know what's going on in advance.
There is easy access to an overhead door. There are no stairs or hindrances for egress.
We will assist the winning bidder with removal from the building and loading.
This auction is subject to seller approval based on the final price once the auction has concluded.
Payment MUST be posted to the GovDeals site within 5 days. No exceptions
The 10 day window allowed for pickup and/or shipping MUST be adhered to. No exceptions.
If you are unable to pay and pick up your item(s) within a timely manner, please DO NOT bid.
Buyers who do not adhere to the terms will have their account defaulted and locked without warning.
This unit must be paid for in full on or before end of day September 5, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.
This unit must be removed from the warehouse on or before September 12, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.PICK UP DEADLINE
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to remove your items within the 10 business day timeframe will result in daily storage fees of $10.00 per asset being charged after the deadline has passed. No exceptions.
The seller will NOT arrange freight pickup or provide freight carrier referrals or quotes. The Buyer can use our location and zip code in the asset listing when obtaining a quote and scheduling the freight company they have contracted with. All freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
REMOVAL OPTIONS
Option 1: Local Pickup
You may choose to pick items up in person. We have a forklift on site, and we will assist with loading. We also have a semi-height loading dock with hydraulic dock leveler and a pallet jack.
Option 2: Third Party Pick Up:
Buyers may have someone else pick up item(s) on their behalf. We must receive notice in advance in the form of an email specifying the third party you choose so we have written documentation in place. The third party may be required to show photo ID, and the third party will be required to sign the Bill of Sale on your behalf before the item(s) will be released to them.
Option 3: Freight Pick Up with Full Freight Prep (LARGE ITEMS & PALLETS ONLY)
Buyers may have a freight company pick up their item(s). Decker Services will prepare the item(s) for freight shipping for a $40 per pallet preparation fee. Preparation consists of covering the item(s) in plastic wrap and/or banding the item(s) to a pallet only. The buyer will be responsible for making any and all shipping arrangements and prepaying freight cost with a freight carrier prior to shipping. A Bill of Lading (which MUST reference the Asset ID number) shall be emailed to charles@deckerservices.com. Items will be available for freight pickup 2 (two) business days after we're made aware of the choosing of this option.
Option 4: Ground Carrier Shipping (SMALL ITEMS ONLY)
We charge a $15 packaging fee to prepare the lot to be shipped. This includes the time and materials to box up everything properly. The $15 fee is paid to us directly via a card over the phone after the auction has concluded. Once the box is ready to go, we'll then provide you with the weight and dimensions. You will need to generate a pre-paid shipping label for FedEx, UPS, or Postal Service (your choice) and email it to charles@deckerservices.com. We will then drop the box off at the appropriate location for you.
Please note: options 3 and 4 require that you call us to pay the preparation fees via a card over the phone. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal via ground shipping or freight. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of a ground carrier or freight shipper.
