Engine has water in it from exhaust pipe leaking down into it, old diesel fuel was sitting in unit 5+ years and recently pumped out. Considerable rust on exterior. This unit will require extensive refurbishment or should be considered 'for parts only' or complete refurbishment. Please bid accordingly.
This is in poor condition and may be missing parts and/or require maintenance and repair and should not be operated unless inspected and repaired by a certified repair technician. Maintenance and repair records will not be available. Being sold "as-is" with no warranty.
Interested buyers may view and inspect at Lot 23 located at 3285 Psychology Place, Melbourne, FL 32901 along with other available assets from 1- 2 PM on Monday, July 20, 2026 (map attached)
Prompt payment and removal from campus is expected. Buyers should arrive with a suitable vehicle/trailer equipped with a ramp; carts must be pushed/pulled onto. FL Tech staff will not be able to assist.

Removal
