This lot consists of one (1) electric oven/range. The item has been marked as being in poor condition due to prior use, visible wear, and its current nonfunctional state.
The unit is considered nonfunctional primarily because the power cord is missing. It is reported that the oven was operational prior to the removal of the power cord; however, it has not been tested since and functionality cannot be verified without proper electrical connection. Buyers should assume the unit will require repair, replacement of components, or further inspection before use.
The oven is manufactured by General Electric and carries model number J-SS16POW1WH. It features a four (4) burner cooktop, two (2) installed oven racks, and a small viewing window on the oven door to monitor cooking progress.

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

Removal
We are in Alaska. We urge you to research packaging and shipping costs before placing bid, as this is not a service we provide and there are no refunds.
Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
